The awards are designed to reward those individuals and companies most deserving in this very global and very challenging environment. They give a comprehensive analysis of the industry and a complete run through of the best of the best in terms of industry leaders.
The entire awards process is free of charge. This includes Nomination, Selection and announcement under the Award Winners section. Award nominations in the various Awards categories are received from our readership and from individual companies themselves through written submissions or by way of our on-line nomination form throughout the calendar year.
The Awards are open to companies of all sizes thus offering a comprehensive and competitive view of the business, legal, financial and investment community globally. Companies are not restricted to participate only in pre-selected subcategories thus permitting niche areas to be identified and the achievements of nominees in those areas to be acknowledged.
Initially, our research team will scrutinize a nomination to ensure that it meets the specific criteria for an Award in the selected category. If it does, then the judging panel, comprising the research team, the Editor and the Publisher will evaluate it along with the other nominations received for that Award category and will in their reasonable judgement select a winner. Awards are presented on an ongoing basis throughout the year for those countries, regions and sectors from which nominations have been received.
