PJSC RusHydro announces that Vostok-Finance LLC (100% subsidiary of PJSC RAO ES of the East) acquired 87,794,527 (or 0.023%) shares of RusHydro in accordance with the agreement No.1 of January 20, 2016, and then alienated 86,069,885 shares as a result of the voluntary tender offer. As a result of this transaction the share of Vostok-Finance LLC in charter capital of RusHydro amounted to 0.0008363% (or 3,230,424 shares).
In accordance with the agreement No.1 of January 20, 2016, JSC Hydroinvest (a subsidiary of RusHydro) alienated 87,823,258 (or 0.023%) shares of RusHydro. As a result of this transaction Hydroinvest’s share in charter capital of RusHydro decreased from 3.57% (or 13,808,148,250 shares) to 3.55% (or 13,720,324,992 shares).
